We have been talking about both the form and content of ideas within essays and, more recently, within the US presidential debate held on SEPT. 26/16.
For next week, Please take a look at the transcript of the debate (I'll provide 3 links just in case) and do the following:
1.
- Note the question asked by the moderator
- Note does the candidate answer the question asked?
- Note does the candidate offer concrete evidence/support for their position?
- Provide at least one example for each of the above for each candidate please.
2. If you can be the first person in either of my classes to come and declare which moment in the debate had me run squealing, hand over mouth, from my living room to the kitchen, I'll pay up to $6 toward a Menchies/Blenz purchase!
